PLATT PARK MIXED-USE

NEW MIXED-USE BUILDING IN THE PLATT PARK NEIGHBORHOOD IN DENVER, COLORADO.

Mixed-use building on South Pearl Street designed to strengthen the pedestrian experience and bring consistent activity to the street edge. The massing and material palette draw from surrounding context allowing the building to sit comfortably within the established scale and character of the neighborhood.

The project is currently in design and breaking ground in 2027. Stay tuned!

OUTDOOR SPACES UNSTACKED

One of the biggest drivers of the building layout was outdoor space.

Stacking a restaurant patio at grade and a generous balcony for the office above along the building’s south elevation initially felt inevitable.

After many studies, the patio turns toward South Pearl Street to engage with the sidewalk and the balcony turns true south to enjoy privacy and year round sunlight.
